I am sorry to say I have absolutely nothing positive to say about my experience today with Westside Towing. It was 7 degrees this morning when my minivan hit ice, did a 360 and got stuck 1/2 off the road in knee-deep snow & ice. I called and was told it would be 1/2 hour to 45 min. for a tow truck to arrive. I started calling when 1 hour had passed & was assured they would be there soon. Called SIX times after that & was told they were "warming up the truck" and that they were 10 min. away--many times was told they were 10 min. away. 2 HOURS and 10 min. later I called them to cancel--I had plenty time in over 2 hrs to dig out of all that snow & ice with the help of a retired fire fighter whose yard I was stuck in. I had a child in the van with me & thankfully had heat, or it could have been a much different story. I would've appreciated some honesty about the time to expect help & maybe a phone call to check in with us--didn't happen even ONCE in 2 hrs & 10 min.! SHAME ON YOU!!!

My car broke down on the side of the road I was told that it would be over an hour before I could get a tow truck to come out. A driver from Westside stopped to see if I needed help, he was very generous, I graciously accepted his help. This company is lucky to have drivers that know what they are doing and willing to help those in need, just as I was. Thank you!
