      We purchased Vector Security because of the highly professional presentation, demeanor and appearance of your sales rep. His knowledge of your product was very impressive. All options were explained and he gave us recommendations for the personal level of comfort we were looking for, which we are extremely happy with. We intended to "shop around" before purchasing a security system, but felt it was not necessary after talking with your rep. This professionalism carried over to the installer. His knowledge, demeanor and work-ethic were impeccable. Thank you, Vector Security, for your fine product and re-establishing our faith in Customer Service.
