The Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter with offices in Lima, Mansfield, Findlay and Toledo serves a 24 county area with a mission to enhance the quality of life of all persons affected by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders through compassionate, comprehensive services, effective advocacy, support for research, and access to current information and resources with a variety of quality programs and services that includes, but not limited to: Helpline, Adult Day Services, educational programs, caregiver (support) groups and the Safe Return program.
