I have been a client of dr sohn for almost 8 years now . My dogs & my cats he is very straight forward and does not beat around the bush and i respect him for it ! The ladies of the hospital are also great ! Dr sohn even seen my cat after hours when someone accidentally stepped on her foot ! NOT MANY VETS DO THAT!! I will always bring my dogs and cats to dr sohn because i TRUST him to care for my fur babies ! So i say THANK YOU DR SOHN FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY ANIMALS !

Friendly staff, nice and comfortable facility. Animals are always calm and relaxed when going for their annual physical. Dr. Sohn is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The staff goes above and beyond when I need last minute medication or food! My animals love this vet!

I just want to know how long they are going to let "Dr." Sohn ruin this place. Mansfield is a great upcoming town and there needs to be another vet. in town asap! Dr. Sohn is rude, ignorant and lacks any sort of people skills whatsoever. Basically is a cruel, self indulgent person. When faced with a dying pet, he tells you not to cry because you'll scare the other customers away. I believe HE SCARES THEM AWAY! Just read the reviews here folks. Please take your pet elsewhere. They took my cat once to another room, said they gave her all her shots and ear medicine and took her bp and did the exam and blood work.. All without me there to witness. Then they gave me this outrageous bill. A few weeks later I called to find out results of blood work and to find out where/ when I could pick up her proof of rabies vaccine... they said blood was never taken and they never gave her a rabies shot. Yet, it was all on the large bill that I paid. These people are scam artists and the Doctor is just a miserable person. If you want a cold, mean person that doesn't explain anything about your pets health and leaves the room And makes you wait there without knowing if the visit is done or not, Dr. Sohn is your man!! Oh and he doesn't even know what doses or meds to give your pet. I had to guess. Even staff was rude and humors to the "doctor". I'd give this place negative stars if the rating let me. So very unpleasant and unprofessional. Run!

VERY UNHAPPY with Mansfield Animal Hospital. Unprofessional and rude staff who just want to take your money and run away. They do not care about the wellness of your animal. I do not recommend him to anyone.

I took my cat here to be fixed. When I picked him up they hadn't secured the crate door properly so the door opened and he escaped, ran across the road into the cemetery and disappeared. They didn't care at all, they didn't offer to help or anything. I searched for weeks and never found my cat. They never even said they were sorry! I wouldn't send anyone to this terrible place ever!

Dr Sohn is a disgrace to the veterinarian profession. He entered the room gave a vaccine and left without a word. As he was exiting the room, I asked are we finished and he rudely mumbled something. I had to check with the receptionist to make sure the visit was finished. The appointment was about 4 minutes and cost $80.00. He didn’t introduce himself, smile, or consult. As a matter of fact he didn’t do anything! As I was leaving I saw him through his office window reading a newspaper. He should be ashamed of himself for being a miserable swindler! Do everyone a favor “Dr.” Sohn and retire!

A sick visit appointment was readily available. Once there, Dr Sohn and his staff were unable to properly restrain my dog for a painful procedure to his ear, and therefore unable to complete it. The Dr all but threw my dog back at me, and tersely stated, "He keeps shaking, I wasn't holding the needle, my tech wasn't holding the needle, I don't know where it is, and i cannot do this", and then berated me for me pet having an recurrent ear infection! Upon returning to the back room, I heard him state to his staff "Are we having fun yet?" They answered "No." The fee for unsuccessful, unprofessional and abusive treatment to my pet and myself was $170.



In short, I wouldn't bring my dog there!

Don't use this vet! My dog fell off the table and he didn't even flinch, never mind say a word. I had to pick my dog up because he was just standing there. He wrote up that he did a comprehensive exam. He never even looked in my dog's ears. It took him less than 5 minutes $54. I asked for advice to care for my dog since I had a cat before. (my dog is a small poodle mix.) His response was "There is no difference". There is a big difference in the care of this small dog and the care of my 17 yr old cat. Which I brought to the cat hospital for care in Taunton. If you have a cat that is the place to go. They really do care.
