I stayed here for almost a week, and I have to say it's only so so for $120/night. The doors are locked as of 9pm. The decor makes the atmosphere feel of home while giving it a rustic feel. The owners are nice and courteous, despite owning and renting run down houses to students for ridiculous fees. The breakfasts were delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were always hot. The only downside was having a curfew despite the attractions in Manhattan not closing until 11pm. I wouldn't go back. The atmosphere was not that of other B&B's i've been too in the past, and the cost made the value sub-par.
