This place is downright awful!!! I purchased a Ford her brand new less than 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems with the car. Of course, everything is covered under warranty so I have to bring it back to the dealership and deal with them every time that something happens. The car started with a bad shudder problem that would happen upon acceleration. I continued to bring it back for over 2 years every couple of months to have them check it and each time they "reset the computer" which did NOTHING. Finally, it did it enough times for Ford's standards to replace the clutch. NOW the transmission continues to have problems. In a matter of 4 days, I had to bring it back for the same problem. It started on Sunday with my check engine light on and the computer screen stating "transmission malfunction service now. I drove it to the dealership Monday morning and they "fixed" it. Monday night when I was driving it home it stopped in the middle of accelerating and would not go but when pressing the gas the engine continued to rev. I didn't have time to bring it back that week because I need it to get to work and back (because they won't give you a rental.) Thursday night the same thing happened when driving it but this time the check engine light came back on and the same message appeared. I had to call a tow truck which took over an hour to come and on Friday the nightmare started. The were not sympathetic at all. It started with a 45 min phone call and the technician told me he would call back which he never did. I called again in the afternoon and there was no record of my call and no notes on the account. The new technician I spoke with said the car was in the shop and he would call me with an update. I told him I didn't want the car back because it is a safety hazard to which he responded that they were going to test drive it and it should be fine. He said I would have to file a complaint with Ford because they couldn't do anything. Fast forward a couple of days when I go to pick the car up and the salesperson was AGAIN not sympathetic to the situation. He said they were bound by Ford and therefore could only do so much. So what he really means is he doesn't want to help because he won't be able to make a sale and get commission off of it. Needless to say I have started the legal process and urge everyone to not give them a dime of your money!!

Avoid this place at all cost! I went there looking for a new Mustang. They didn't have the one I was looking for in stock so the salesman I was talking to told me they could order one and have it in about 9 weeks. I placed my order and put down a deposit. Nine weeks later I get a call from AutoFair telling me the forgot to place the order. Whats worse is the manager didn't even have the courtesy to call me himself, instead he had another salesman call who had to talk to the manager and call me back to answer every question I had. After days of dealing with this I finally had enough and asked for my deposit back. Only then did I get a call from the manager. He gave me excuses about the original salesman leaving the dealership and couldn't seem to understand why I was upset. When I demanded my deposit back he actually had the nerve to ask me to come in to pick it up because it would be easier for him than mailing it to me. Terrible service!

Recently we had the misfortune of needing over 2k of work done to our ford taurus. We previously paid 550 out in repairs at a mechanic on hanover st hoping for it to pass inspection. The inspection failed when the check engine light came back on and we got no help from the mechanic except to tell us to bring it to the dealer. We knew the repairs would cost more than we could afford so we had to wait a few months before we could follow through with bringing it to ford. When we did bring it to ford our fears were confirmed. The woman who we spoke to there helped us by allowing us to keep the vehicle at the garage during the process of saving enough money to do the repairs in parts. She was very polite and understanding. When we came in to pay the final repair of $850 she personally came over to us and had the receptionist bring up a rewards program that would give us $100 off our bill from the previous work we had done and another $45 added to the rewards card for the recent repair.: ) !

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! We went to Auto Fair to look at used cars...ultimately we purchased a 2009 Hyundai. The transaction went smoothly however the sales rep informed us we would get a second set of keys and a manual which was not present at the time of the deal. Two months later we still dont have these items, multiple calls have not resolved it either. Finally called the manager to no avail he too brushed us aside. I vow to tell everyone that they are great sales people get you to buy but could care less out client impact. I plan on buying two more cars in the very near future, and Auto Fair will not be on my list! Due to the this interaction I plan on making a formal complaint with the BBB as well.

They lied to me about the price of the car and they over charged me by $800.00. The told me that they would include a three month warranty and pay for my insurance for the first six months and lied to me about this too. When I went into Autofair Ford the following day and brought this to their attention all the could do was smile. I'm a single grandmother raising my grandchild due to the death of my daughter and they knew that I could not afford much. On top of everything the car they sold me is already showing signs of problems. I have only had the car for three days now. I will never go there again nor would I refer them to anyone. Single women watch out!!!!

The worst service twice

I have been there twice;once for a trade in and they undervalued my Honda Accord Sedan.When I took the same car to Honda in Stratham,they valued highly my car. Last week I bought a nozzle for the windshield for $7 and I requested if the guys in the service bay could fix it for me. I was referred from one guy to the next and finally a guy behind a computer who was not at all interested said he could do it for $30! This was outrageous. I decided to get my refund back. I asked to speak to the supervisor who was not sympathetic but defended his boys saying that they are there to earn a living etc.If I can buy $14 wiper blades at VIP and they can fix them for no extra charge, how about a nozzle that cost only $7? I ended up buying the part in Nashua where I had it fixed at no extra charge. Auto Fair Honda need to pull up their socks and offer excellent service otherwise I would not recommend any interested person to shop there, period! I will never recommend anybody or go there again!!!
