Dear George:



My wife, Gail, and I want to commend you and your staff for the superb remodeling of a bathroom in our condominium. The work was extensive, as it involved the removal of a bathtub, a vanity, flooring, walls, electrical fixtures, a medicine cabinet, and lesser items, all of which had to be replaced.



From her first visit to your show room and in her subsequent visits there, Gail received professional, courteous assistance in selecting all of the most appropriate and desired replacements, even to the smallest fixtures, such as doorknobs and drawer handles.



During the one week of reconstruction, the Heritage crew performed most admirably. Although the room was gutted, consideration was given to our needs and all remnants and trash was promptly removed, with a complete clean-up each day. The installation of a shower stall, with its unique features, plus all of the other replacements that were required, was accomplished in a most efficient manner. All members of the work crew were gentlemen who worked well together. Each one was thoughtful and accommodation to our special needs. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. The follow-up painting of our bathroom also was done with care and to our complete satisfaction.



To you and all of the individuals at Heritage who gave us such excellent attention, Gail and I wish to extend our deepest thanks for a job well done.

Dear Ray and Crew:



I just wanted to send you a note and let you know how much I enjoyed the kitchen transformation experience. The guys (Jerry, Drew, John, and the rest) were great and very neat, when we would come home after work all the tools were neatly put aside and they even made sure the stove was moved back in place and plugged in so we could use it. They were also very good about my dog, didn���t mind letting him out while they were there and I���m sure he took advantage of that.



The kitchen looks gorgeous, my cousins who were raised in this house have new seen the final result and can see how different it is, knowing what it was like before and also said it looks great and they love how it came out.



I know when I came to see you, after hearing of my cousin���s experience with Heritage and how much they liked working with you and also seeing how nice their kitchen came out, I pretty much knew what I wanted. You were able to give me a quick estimate and Cindy did a nice job fine tuning the design and options. I didn���t feel rushed when trying to decide on the counter and floor and even when we did the final walk through before ordering the cabinets, you explained everything and made sure it was clear, as this was a big commitment for me. Another thing I appreciated, was when you would call me the day before or the morning of a work day to let me know who and when to expect someone so I could keep to my work schedule and know who I was letting in my house.



I was surprised how quickly the job progressed, each day when I stopped by at lunch or when I got home I could see a change and the guys were great about explaining what they were doing so I felt very in the loop and knew what was going on each day. They were also very accommodating, there were a couple of additional items that came up that I needed to get done (plug for phone, fix clothes washer connection, new ceiling fan) and they got it done and it didn���t phase them.



Overall my experience with Heritage Kitchen has been wonderful; the work was done professionally and timely. The whole crew, that I had the pleasure of meeting, seemed to enjoy and take pride in their work and it showed in the final product. I know I selected the cabinets, floor, hardware, and knew where I wanted things to go but you made it happen so I���m now enjoying my new kitchen and showing it off to others. You can be sure I���ll recommend Heritage Kitchen & Bath to my friends and family.



Thank you to everyone that participated in pulling it all together and giving me a new kitchen, it looks great and will be enjoyed for years to come.
