These guys are the real deal. The inspector that came out inspected and knew his stuff, produced a license when I asked for it and didn't twist my arm. Solved my problem(I had camel crickets). I don't do reviews but these guys earned it. Thumbs up!

The technicians really take their time and do a good job! I tried one of the big companies and we had a different person each time and they were in and out so fast I never felt like they did anything. American Sentry is a different. With them I know I am getting my money's worth.

I have been using American Sentry for many years. They are very competent and thorough. They are extremely courteous and friendly and commodating at scheduling the appointments. They arrive on time with all the necessary equipment and supplies to take care of any problem. I wouldn't deal with any other company. I have always been very satisfied with their service and work ethics.

The service technicians are very knowledgeable and always take time to answer any questions I might have. Changing service dates is never a problem and they seem to go out of their way to satisfy. The technicians are curtious and well mannered as well. I wouldn't think of changing to another provider.

I am VERY pleased with the service I received. I had gone for years using some of the more well-known, larger companies and always felt like I was being overcharged (for mediocre service) but kept going back because that was how I thought they all were. Wow, am I glad that I decided to give American Sentry a call! Not only was the tech on-time and friendly, but he also didn't seem to be rushing through the job so that he could move on to the next one. He told me not only what I needed done, but he also told me what I did NOT need done (which saved me $) and generally seemed to care about doing it right. I will never go back to any of those "chain" pest control companies. American Sentry has a customer for life.
