DO NOT GO There!VERY rude nail tech, no customer service.Don't honor appointments...apologize or take constructive feedback.After setting an appointment for the earliest one in the day, arrived at appointment time, was told to just sit there...1 rude girl working...she was already working on two customers.After 15 minutes I questioned whether someone was out and when I would get served.The tech told me if I questioned anymore she would not due my nails.No apology whatsoever...turned me away.Don't need or deserve new customers.

A few years ago I was searching for a spot to start getting my nails done in preparation for my wedding. I tried a few different places and was frustrated that they either were way too expensive or not very good at all, particularly with their nail painting!! On a whim I tried Nail Art and Spa (with a coupon) and couldn't have been happier! Dan and Kim are so personable, get to know their customers by name and are especially knowledgable with current trends and what is healthy for your hands and feet. More importantly, they do a fantastic job at a fantastic price!

I love this salon. They always do a great job. I have been to numerous salons in Madison and this is the best. The pedicure massages are WONDERFUL!!!

I absolutely do NOT agree with the previous posters. I've been to many nail salons in Madison & this is by far the best. They don't push products, but recommend what they think is best for you. I really like this place.

DO NOT GO HERE-I'm only trying to help you. I recently moved to Madison and really wanted to get acrylics like I used to back home. First off, the guy kept trying to get me to do the more expensive acrylic nails. I had to tell him repeatedly that that's not what I wanted. Then when he started filing the acrylic down to the length I wanted he ended up filing off a layer of skin on the tips of 4 fingers because of the way he was holding the file. So not only did I have to deal with the tenderness of just getting acrylics put on, I had a hard time doing anything because the tips of my fingers were burning for 2 days. He also had a hard time understanding that I wanted them to be square, he kept telling me "no no this will look more natural!" I had to watch over him the entire time to make sure he wasn't doing what HE wanted for MY nails. In the end, none of them were the same length as the other hand, I had to go home and file them downt to make them match. Awful awful job.
