I've been treated by several different chiropractors in the past, and Dr. Pat and Chiropractic USA/Madison Maximized Living is by far the best! It is very obvious that they believe in what they do wholeheartedly. And they understand that there is so much more to being healthy than just treating pain symptoms, too. They helped me recover from a herniated disc without surgery, and return to an active lifestyle. They have taught me the importance of back strengthening exercises and regular adjustments, etc. to prevent future problems. So far, so good! I found this place to be a rip-off. They want you to refer friends/relatives to them before they ever even adjust you. They want you to come 3 times a week at $52 a treatment for months on end. They keep saying they can "work" with you financially, but then want at least half of what is due at time of service. They need a copy of your driver's license (a no-no to give out) and access to your checking or credit card to charge you whenever they want. They took an extra payment from my account, then told me they didn't, and I had to prove with bank statement that they did. Asked for my copy of driver's license back and never got it. Also got charged TWO $52 payments one day because they showed me some exercises besides getting adjusted. If you have money to give away and nothing to do but go in for adjustments, this is your place. - anonymous
