I'm very disappointed in the walmart practice of refunds. I purchased an item for Christmas and 1and 1/2 weeks later... (More) I'm very disappointed in the walmart practice of refunds. I purchased an item for Christmas and 1and 1/2 weeks later it went on sale for $53.00 less. When I requested an adjustment on my walmart discover card for this item I was told NO. I was informed by an associate that after one week of buying an item that goes on sale they will not refund or credit the difference. This item is brand new in the box and they would not accept it back nor refund. Then I c was told by a 3rd person to drive back to the store and if it rings up with sale price I can return and repurchase, but they also said the item was a 5am to 11am price only. I was their at 8pm that evening and they were still being advertised as the early bird price. I don't think they know what they are doing and certainly do not care about their job or satisfying the customer. Everyone they transfered me to had an attitude which was clearly heard over the phone as a sigh! I was not an issue they wanted to deal with.  (Hide)
