Emmitt was very helpful and professional he took good care of me as a customer I was very satisfied and I know any other customers that get him will be well taken care of because he definitely like to make sure his customers are pleased I would like to say it to him again thanks for all your help great job

Brand new customer had installation set up for today November 29, 2014 between 4-6pm no one called to.confirm so we called them spoke to rep said yes your installation is for today it was just after 5pm don't worry they will be there soon. After 6:20pm called back spoke to another rep that said no you don't have a appointment today. Explained we just spoke to another rep that said it was now it's not set up a supervisor set up the appointment to begin with and had to have this escalated for install. That's a hole other story.
