I love that this Sallys is so close!! Ive been waiting for this for a long time now. Im by Martha lake and its only 5 mins away. So the location is perfect. Customer service is okay though. :/ One of the girls there is kind of a snob and isnt very knowlegable. There was another girl there that helped me find everything I needed for my hair needs. Overall store is clean and i found it was easy to find what i needed.

Horrible customer service, there are two teeanagers who dont know a thing about what products they sell, i have been to many sally beauty supply and this is the only one where i didnt like the entire experiance, i asked them about a scrub that they do carry and she said she hasnt ever heard of it, so i asked if she can point me to the skin care section and i found what i needed and brought and showed it to her, she didnt seem interested at all... i think sally should hire people who know what they are doing and not a bunch of teenagers who are not helpful nor trained.
