My son has only been at this place a few months. I sometimes get off early and come get him and one day I pulled up in the parking lot & witnessed a teacher snatch up a child and put him against the fence and yell at him. I didn't like what I saw. Now my son is in her classroom. I plan to pop in unexpectedly and if I see ANYTHING I don't like I will go further than the director and I will contact the authorities. If I find out my child has been harmed that will be the end of this teachers career and I will see to it.

Do not...I repeat..DO NOT!! BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! Over the past month my child (who is 3 years of age) has come home telling me horrible stories about this place! "My teacher told me she didn't like me" or "My teacher doesn't like me" or the worst one "My teacher scares me" ...SCARE? My child should not be coming to school scared!! The worst part is when you confront the teachers and director they paint this fake smile on their face and when you walk away they laugh and roll their eyes...hello!? did you forget there are glass doors where I can see you? If I were you I would consider looking else where!

My grandchild attends the CCH on Old Graves Mill Rd. While I have not had a negative experience, other than nobody confirming who I am prior to leaving with her, I have heard alot of horrible stories and it concerns me dearly. I know that since the last "managerial" change, there appears to be alot of changes through out the center. One being there are alot of new faces constantly moving around in the building and alot of cel phone usage with disregard to the little ones outside. One of the workers told a child that he was just like an old crow. What did that mean?? When my older grandchild attended there he was disciplined by one of the workers child and I addressed that immediately. Be cautious and do your homework prior to placing your child here.

Horrible is all I can say. Your children will be yelled at, along with jerked up by their arms and pushed down in the floor. They will throw things across the room. If your child is too young to tell you how their day was, I would not send them to this center, you will regret it and wonder what else happened after you eventually see for yourself what goes on. The director does not over see the workers on a consant basis. the workers are abusive to the children and not held accountable. Save yourself and your precious child and find a different child care.

I work here and while i love the children dearly , it desperately needs new staff , they are overly cruel to the children. They can't even laugh at the tv without the teacher yelling for them to be quiet. One teacher hates a student so much she doesnt even care when another child hits them she laughs and says " thats what you get for always being mean " During nap time , staff forces them to lay there by holding them down while they cry so they cant move or holding them down with their legs with the blanket over their head. Children rarely see the same adults all day and theres no structure...poor kids. Oh and no learning is involved..all play time and movies .

I love CCHII my son adors going to school and I have no fears when I leave him there. I know he is in good hands.

To the reviewer below...I'd be interested to see who you are! I have had my kids with Caterpillar since they first opened and I find your statements to be absolutely false!!! I'm thankful you did me a favor and quit because its pretty obvious by your statements below that the directors, staff, and most importantly, the children, are better off without your presence...So thank you!

I honestly thought about resigning my professional position and keeping my children at home with me prior to having found Caterpillar Clubhouse. The staff are curteous, professional, caring and dedicated; they seem to truly love caring for children. My children love it there (as opposed to the 3 other daycares we tried) and I feel safe going to work knowing that they are being stimulated and given individual attention.

This is by far the best daycare around! My oldest son has been to Itsey Bitsey (Horizons) and Graves Mill ELC. They don't even compare to Caterpillar Clubhouse. CCH's staff is wonderful. The classrooms are small and the kids get an unbelievable amount of individual attention. They helped me so much when I was potty training my boys. I can't say enough about the quality of care your children will receive at CCH. That is.... if you can get in!! I suggest getting on the waiting list before you even get pregnant! This place is wonderful and it's not a secret
