The only 5 star rating this place has is the location. The staff/management don't respond to requests for care beyond the minimum. In our case they did more to degenerate muscle control while walking than they did to provide prescribed therapy. When your 100 days are up, you're out. Not much in addressing discharge planning for home care until the last moment when your time is up. As long as the the patient can be their own strong constant advocate they have a chance of getting out improved from ER. Medications are not always given on time due to overworked nurses.
