It's Superbowl Sunday, about 5:30 and I decided to try the new store out to pick up a couple gallons of milk. When I entered the store I noticed the check line was really long and that there was just one person working the registers. I assumed the lady behind the service desk was noticing this as she was laughing it up with another customer as she checked her out. I walked to the rear of the store and grabbed my 2 gallons of milk. When I came back to the front, the line was still 10+ people with mostly full carts and the Service Manager was still laughing it up with the same customer. I went in line and asked if the lady at the service counter could ring my 2 items up. This was something she could not do. She then told the check out girl to call someone to help. A shame that this type manangement views customer relations as "not in my job title" and I am pretty sure this store will fail as the last one did. When it does, blame the management.
