My kids have been going here for a couple of years and within the last year was the worse experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Try to get a doctors orders for work to be done at a hospital after your kids had to go to a hospital outside your town. Was almost impossible. Had to file a claim at the hospital to get the work that was needed to make sure my kids would be ok and not end up dying. It was down to the last minute getting these orders so they could get the care they needed after trying to get these orders for several days, They don't call you back when you call them and leave a message. It took several calls to the office just to get them to send my childs prescription sent to the pharmacy. They don't call you if there is a problem with the billing and will cancel your appt without notice. They claim they sent a certified letter, but if they did, I never got it. They stated they sent bills never got and for only $40 which they could have got when i got there

I bring my daughter to the Lowell office and I see Dr. Felch. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't even tell you how many times I have called the nurses with questions and they are always more than helpful. I did call the Westford office one time but the nurse was not particularly helpful. I would not let that sway you - Dr. Felch is amazing and the team in Lowell is super caring and wonderful!

This office lacks in the idea of being part of a care team. The communication between doctor and parent is weak outside of scheduled appointments. The nurses in the Westford office are kind to your face and then speak about you and your parenting behind your back. I will not recommend this office to anyone. If your child has any medical complexity it is very overwhelming and feels very alone your pedi should be there to support and guide you and this is NOT the case here !!!

Greater Lowell Is the best place for me to go to when I were little and up until now. MY D.r Is dr.Caplain He is great. All the nurses and doctors are great.
