I paid a fee. They donated (so they say) all to charity. I got absolutely nothing. I would have taken the clothes back. I don't believe that none of my clothes sold. I was never notified, I had to call Twice as Nice Cons. to find out. This happened a few years ago and I am still upset.

This seems like a nice enough shop until there is a problem. The owner is a little pushy with her ideas as she did not like my color choice (champaign) and tried to convince me to go with a different color scheme. while this was annoying it wasnt a deal breaker. My daughters are my brides maids and ordered both of there dresses here while one is ok the other was ordered at least 2 sizes too big and the owner will take no responsibility for this. she measured her but had to measure wrong since the dress is way too big everywhere. we are less than 2 weeks from my wedding so getting another dress is not an option our only choice is to have this dress altered which is costing more than the dress itself. I asked that she help with the alteration costs since she obviously made a mistake when measuring her for the dress but states there is no way she made a mistake measureing and that my daughter must have lost weight (she would have had to lose about a 100lbs) which she hasnt or that she was wearing a padded bra (she could have on 5 padded bras and it would still be took big). I know that these dreses run small but my daughter normally wheres a size 8-10 and the dress was ordered in a size 20. taking one look at my daughter anyone can see that she is no where near a size 20. I am a size 14 and my dress is a size 18 I could have worn the 16 but decided to go a little bigger to be safe. she tried to convince me that if one area of your body is bigger(out of proportion) than the rest that will cause you to have to go to a bigger size but If that was the problem it at least come close to fitting somewhere? the dress cost 142.00 and the alterations are going to cost 167.00 I asked her for 50.00 towards the cost and she will not because she believes that she cannot make a mistake. I thought that was reasonable as my cost to fix her mistake would still be over 100.00.
