hightly recommend Billy Cooper with Greg Jones Home Inspections! We just bought our first house and he came out to do the inspection. He told us straight out that he'd be super picky and thorough even though our house was newly built because he didn't want to ignore a little problem that could become a big one. He was so nice and was willing to explain anything to us without making us feel silly for not understanding. Their price was INCREDIBLE. I was expecting something much higher, plus they gave us a discount for being first time home buyers. I'd recommend them to anyone buying a house!
