BBest Buy has difficulty keeping up with the customers.there are getting less and less service areas in the stores. Plans are over populated, customer service he'll. I use to rate them 4,today...hardly a one

Friendly staff, good selection, clean atmosphere. Employees could be a little more knowledgeable about the products, I have gotten a few pieces of misinformation here.

Order item online for store pickup on Dec 22 (it was supposed to be a Christmas present). Never received any emails and had to check status online. It always said pending. On Jan 2 I find out that the order is cancelled. I call customer service and was told that the store must have ignored the order and it was automatically cancelled. So what's the point of ordering online to pickup in the store when they ignore it?!?
