I went to this spa to get my very first eyelash extensions. I was surprised that I was asked to pay over the phone... (More) I went to this spa to get my very first eyelash extensions. I was surprised that I was asked to pay over the phone before the service with my credit card. In addition, I was also asked to pay the 20% gratuity in advance for a service that I had not recieved yet. After making my appointment, the owner left a voicemail serveral hours later to change my appointment without asking me whether or not it was acceptable. Upon arrival I noticed there was a 4-car parking lot that was already occupied by the staff. I parked on the street and was not offered coins for the metered parking. The attendant that provided the eyelash service was sweet, but slow. I ended going pass the expected time of 1 hour and received a parking ticket. The eyelashes were sparse... not what I expected for $180. I was promised that the eyelashes would last from 4-6 weeks if properly cared for. I NEVER touched my eyelashes and most of them fell out after 6 days... along with my natural eyelashes. I would never return. (Hide)
