Quality Poor to fairThese guys are CROOKS and should be in jail!! They told me I needed a full front & rear brake job and the cost would be over $500. I took my car to a known reputable service vendor and my back brakes were fine and only my front needed changing. They charged me under $200 for the front brakes. The reputable service vendor also informed me that my bleeder valve had been loosened by these CROOKS and this could have caused me a serious accident!!! I called the CROOKS' manager and he yelled at me and was VERY unprofessional and hung up on me. Then he called me back to tell me that the service vendor I choose was not a national chain (as if that mattered!) and that I needed to trust them.

I had my car towed here after it died at my office and wouldnt' start even with a jump from another car. The guy from Meineke called to follow up with me once the car arrived. (His name was Todd I believe). I asked him to diagnose the problem and then call me back before doing any further work. He called about 5 hours later saying that there was a 'big problem' According to him the ignition control module was broken and the battery was dead as well. He quoted me a price of $701 to fix these issues. I told him I would call him back with my decision. I called my dad next who researched and found the ignition control part in Boulder for $70 and said that it would take about 20 mins to install. Later my dad had called Meineke and asked them why they were trying to charge me $700 for a $70 part and 20 mins of labor. The guy told my dad that the car was basically worth nothing and we would be lucky to have him buy it from us for $100. I

As of Feb 2012, this shop is open under new owner Paul Becker, who is superlative in every way to either of the two former owners. He has gone to great effort to acquire an honest and talented staff that will diagnose and perform necessary repairs without inflated costs to consumer. Paul, manager Mat, and technician Jerry gave me the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. They fixed problems created by former owner in a manner that was more than fair to me, taking a financial loss for Meineke to do so. They did so speedily, with good cheer, and were a delight to work with. If you want an honest shop that will stand behind its work, value customers, and work for long-term repeat business through honesty and solid repair work--this is the shop for you. You guys rock! Very efficient service here. Brought my car in for a pre sale inspection, thinking that there might be a problem but everything went off without a hitch and the cost was not inflated or overcharged. Appreciate it.

This group of guys stand behind their work. They do a good job at a reasonable price and get the work done in the time that they say.

I thought my car was going to need tons of expensive work. After they inspected it, my jaw dropped at the quote they gave me. The issues I had weren't as expensive as I expected and now I have extra Christmas money! They easily could have said that I needed more done and made themselves some extra money but instead they were honest.
