Dispatcher was more interested at cursing at somebody else in office than taking my call, very loud rude n crude!! Fri 8-10-12 between 9:00 n 10:00 pm, they need to learn some professionalism n isn't cursing ILLEGAL over taxi radio n phone?!

Cab took 20 min, after they told me 10-15, no prob, driver was friendly n rates are very reasonable n it was bar closing time after all, when everyone wants a cab at the same time

We heard lady who works nights is horrible, we still called for a cab. Rude and crude!! We "inconvenienced" her after waiting 20 mins for the cab when it was supposed to be 5-10. Yelled and got in a screaming match!! Good luck..this one sux!!
