      I do not know how these people stay in business, except possibly their location in downtown Long Beach where there are few competitors. They are physically crowded and have zero customer service. You must expect a substantial wait time even if you have had your prescription filled in advance. They are are rude and the clerks seem to think their knowledge about medication is superior to the prescribing doctors. In fact, the clerks cannot even advise the customer as to the correct closing times as I found out to my major inconvenience over a holiday weekend. I am a professional working in downtown Long Beach who has had a few prescriptions filled at Wards. I have lived in Long Beach for 30 years and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used.

      I love Wards Pharmacy. It's like stepping back into the past. They always know their regular customers and the staff is friendly and efficient.
