I followed weight watchers to a tee, and lost only 2 pounds in 6 weeks, and I was constantly hungry. Dr. Savage, my neighbor explained to me how I was genetically a "carbohydrate addict" and helped me to change my entire style of eating. I signed up for her program and lost 35 pounds in less than six months. The weight loss gave me the motivation to exercise, and I found that success, led to success on so forth. The staff at Rocky Mountain Weight Loss is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I now realize that I must stay away from certain foods. If I keep with a high protein, low glycemic diet. I am good. I lost the weight about 2 years ago. Now if I gain anymore than 5 pounds, I rejoin the program for a month or 2. This has been very helpful with keeping my weight from constantly climbing. The weight loss medicines are a definite plus. They jump start my metabolism, and squelch my appetite. I have thrown away all of my fat clothes  (Hide)
