(More) I was applying for a house, which I ended up getting, but let it go because they were so rude during the process. It cost $90 to apply and they would never give me a response; I ended up calling twice a day to listen to the same rude people to find out if I got the house and didn't get a straight answer for a week! The lady who initially showed me the house yelled at me when I didn't have my SS card with me and wouldn't be able to give it to her until later on in the day. I am 26 years old, make over twice the rent and had a roommate moving in and had to have my mom co-sign for me because I had lived in the dorm during my bachelor and MASTER degrees. I only had 3 years of perfect tenant experience, instead of the required 5!! I am a perfect tenant and have references to prove it, but they lost my business due to their lack of customer service! Don't use them! They put a tenant in my house and just collected a check for 3 years. After the tenant had to be... (More) Don't use them! They put a tenant in my house and just collected a check for 3 years. After the tenant had to be evicted the place was trashed. They did NO inspections, NO drive-by's. They allowed my house to be slowly destroyed over the course of 3 years. Their idea of property management is to just collect the rent check (typically late). After I had the tenant evicted, the gouged me for all kinds of locksmith fees and ridiculous charges (ie $170 to change the locks). My advice...pick a company that cares about your property... (Hide)
