On February 14, 2011, I took my Australian Shepherd to be groomed. I then planned to take her to the mall to be photographed. My dog looked beautiful. When I told the employees that she was going to be photographed, they made a big red bow for her collar and gave me a few dog treats for the photo session. They went way above & beyond what they could have to help me. They treated my dog very, very well and were so pleasant & happy. They said my dog was a model behaved pup and they would love to have her back. Dan bathed her and he was kind & friendly. Can't believe their could be anything negative about PetSmart in Logan, UT. I will be back! This was my first experience at PetSmart and they were wonderful!! Thank you!!

I went in to petsmart in logan, UTAH on september 15th 2010, I had heard about their grooming and went in to ask about an appointment for my recently adopted poodle, as I stood there waiting for soemone to come out, I witnessed a groomer come out of a room, put a dog on the table, and smack it across the face, I was disgusted!!!! I wrote an email to their office, sad to say it took more than 3 weeks to respond, since this incident, I have gone to petsmart 4 times, and that groomer is still there. now petsmart may talk about "pet safety" and "pet care" but when a dog gets smacked across the face for no reason, is that considered "Pet safety" or ANIMAL CRUELTY? sad to say, nothing is being done,but an apology to me for what I saw. to me that is just WRONG. I HIGHLY recommend no owner take their pet to their grooming salon. why so they can be abused?

The folks here at Petsmart are kind, thoughtful and do a great job. I have had several dogs in here and they come back to me like brand new finely groomed animals. The attendents take care to call them by name, work with them like they are pets, not just a another task. You can trust these folks as I have. And as always, your pet will be real happy to see you!
