He is absolutely awesome and very understanding. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and willing to explain my problem, which he discovered quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend him. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of one of his office staff members. The younger blonde woman has a very poor attitude. She was rude on the phone, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days. However, in person, she was even more unprofessional and condescending. It's a shame that such a nasty individual impacted an otherwise helpful and pleasant visit.
