I would give them 0's across all areas. They were horrible. They came to open our pool (first pool we own so we have no clue what we're doing). Charged us $300. Added some powder, nothing else, then left to come back in 2 or 3 days and this is almost 2 weeks later. Total rip-offs, unreliable, unprofessional, no sense of serving the public and don't deserve a dime. Please do not hire them, you'll be sorry just like I am.

one of the worst company's. first the come to do a simple job like putting in a new liner for a fair price. Then they tell you your pool is not safe and tell you you need a new pool even thought your pool made it all winter with no problem. What a scam out-fit. DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a weekly service contract with this company and our pool turned green. They do not provide the service needed to keep your pool clean unless you are watching them and making sure they do what is required. When calling the company office, the owners wife gets very rude and condescending. When I called for emergency service - the day after they supposedly serviced the pool - they refused to send someone out until the following week. I think they mess up your chemical balance so they can charge you to fix it!

We hired Joe's Pool Service to open our pool. They removed the pool cover, turned on the filter, and added some chemicals (20-25 minutes). We paid them $300 and they promised to come back 2 days later to start cleaning the pool. They didn't show up and when we called them they said someone had called to let us know (not true). We had to call them 2 or 3 times for them to finally come back 10 days later. The office said the pool cleaning would cost $60 while the people who came by the house said it would cost $60 per hour. This was a clear misrepresentation. Save your $300 and go elsewhere.

Joe's pools installed new liner today on my pool, my rating overall is very satisfactory at this point. May be they had customer services and other issues in the past but in my opinion they have improved a lot and they provided us satisfactory results.

Took care of pool very well in this busy season hope get more pool services done with them in the future.

The worse customer service ever.. Took two weeks to speak to someone then after already quoted a price of $320.00 to install a liner in my 10x16 pool this included the sand. My pool is small and they ask for another $100 dollars on the day they arrive to my house to do the work. And this price was without any extra work needed. This is before they started to work and this price did not include the liner which was already purchased from another store. Of course we told them that we will not be paying another $100 so owner got very nasty with us and left. Do they really think that they are going to rip us off. I would not recommend.

First of never go to these guys for anything they are unprofessional. They charged me 2 dollars for each liner strip which was supposed to be included. Then I found flaws in there work they tore a hole in the liner and put this screws which were unsafe. I called them to fix it so they came the following business day when they came I showed them all the things they did wrong and one of the employees said there is nothing wrong and started to call me a son of a b$@$ and threatened me and left my property. This company is trash don't even try calling it is a waste of time worst people ever company ever.Im planning on suing them because all of this. Never again will I hire a pool service guy I will rather do it myself.

I would give no stars if it was available. Stay away from Joe's Pool Service...they are a total rip off. They told me to pay them cash for no sales tax so maybe the IRS would like to know about that and then I get cash come back and they claim they took care of everything. Later on filter not running, and I found out they put no chemicals in at all from another reputable pool service company. Whoever Joe is he is a conman stay away from them for your own piece of mind!!

Very unprofessional....waited three days and ended up opening my pool myself....called and cancelled my appointment and was told to go F myself, we don't need your F*&% business and don't ever call this number again.

This company is very unprofessional. I called numerous times about a problem and was giving the runaround every time I called. If this is how a potential customer is treated I would hate to see how they treat customers that have already paid.

We recently purchased a house that had an in ground pool. Unfortunately, we knew nothing about maintaining it when we moved in. The pool turned green in the first week. We went to Maltese for help (also incompetent - see their review) who did nothing to help. They sold use chemicals that did not work, then said to drain the pool. We wanted a second opinion, so we tried Joe's Pool Service. They sent a pool guy who basically tested the water, and sold us more chemicals that did nothing as well. Their pool guy said Maltese was no good and that they knew what they were doing. BS! They did the same thing as Maltese, except at one point, the pool guy went on vacation and their pathetic secretary would not talk to us. We called them several times and she would not even speak with us when we called for updates. They charged us over $500 and stopped talking to us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are just as bad as Maltese. We finally went out and bought 30 gallons of BLEACH! $60 and 2 days later, the pool is clear! Be wise and look to the internet for solutions to major problems. These pool services do not know what they are doing when it comes to big problems. Only go to them to buy chlorine and shock. learn to maintain your pool and do not look to them for any kind of help. STAY AWAY FROM JOE'S POOL SERVICE!
