I had few windows installed a few years ago and now I just finished the rest of the house before the winter, definitely more comfortable now. When I first shopped the price it was good, but this time I just wanted everything to match but it seemed fair enough. Cleaning these things is a lot easier than the old windows.

We looked at a lot of options but to be honest, once all the stickers come off and the crew left its hard to tell the difference between these American Jewel windows and the more expensive wood windows we have downstairs. I should have done it all with this company.

I had an American Jewel Bay window installed in my living room, replacing the old bay - it is about 20 degrees warmer inside the new bay window (which sticks out from the house) and at least 5 degrees warmer in the room with the new window! Its not cold near the window anymore when it is cold outside.

We put in 31 new construction American Jewel Windows with an addition and renovation of our home. We are very happy with the performance and improvement over the old windows - but also with savings, on the initial cost (vs. Andersen, etc.), the energy rebate from the factory, the tax credit from the IRS and the reduced energy bills. You should definitely put them on your list to check out.

We have had American Jewel Windows in my home for 5 years. The 10 casements we had installed still crank out like the first day they were installed. The windows have made a noticeable difference over our old casement windows keeping the cold wind and hot muggy summer air out. The glass option we chose was not the very best they offered but we are happy with the easy cleaning and better light. Overall I would recommend American Jewel, especially if you are looking for a good quality window at a reasonable price.
