I've used Pets Plus many times over the years to buy crickets for my reptiles. I recently purchased a puppy there and was very disappointed. Upon getting the puppy home, he had diarrhea and vomited. I wasn't sure if it was the food I was feeding him, but it was what they sold me. It continued for a couple days and I took him to the vet. He had a bad case of worms. The pet store told me he saw a vet only a couple days before we purchased him. In fact, the vet paperwork they showed me indicated that he apparently was treated for worms, twice. The store also told me he was up to date on shots and he had papers. There wasn't any indication on the paperwork that the puppy was vaccinated at all. Also, his "papers" were ACA. Which doesn't mean anything. ANY dog can be ACA. I paid a lot of money for a puppy that could have been a mutt. I feel I was taken by the pet store. I think they knew they sent me a puppy in poor health.

Excellent reptile selection. By far the largest in the area. They have many hard to find lizards, and sell them for a fraction of the cost of the Rochester stores.

I definitely see a Bengal kitten in my future. Aside from the pug, I have also bought fish, lizards, snakes, guinea pigs, hamsters, bunnies, and a Siamese cat. I have always been happy with my purchase. I have bought the best pets from Pet Plus! Some of the items can be purchased cheaper elsewhere, such as piddle pads, but they have a unique variety of animal greeting cards and cookies as well as medical supplies such as ear cleaning solutions. What separates Pets Plus from other pet stores is their service. When you buy a pet, you want it to be from someone you trust. And I absolutely trust Pet Plus.

The guy That works in the reptile dept is the best. He knows what he's doing. he's also knows what is needed with your pet care needs and knows what you want and how to get it. and hes a nice guy.

These guys have some pretty awesome stuff. They have a wide selection of animals and they are in good hands. As of care idk what happened before but now they are great caretakers. I have no complaints about the place. Pets Plus is awesome!!!

Hi i wanted you to all know that I was in this shop for the first time in many years and what i Beautifull store and the people were just out standing in helping me and the animals were just as happy as could be Vry awesome store and i plan on going back as many times as my friends will take me it better that being at the Zoo these you Can take home hee hee Check them out and bring your money you won't leave without buying something Trust me And they have the Prettest rabbits that I have ever seen.....Charlie
