Our service technician today was Harold Brooks. He was awesome!! So friendly and easy to talk to; he also did a great job!! He took his time and didn’t rush through the job. He even took the time to stand up our patio umbrella which had blown over from the wind storm!! Above and beyond!! Thank you!!

Freddie was professional and showed excellent customer service. He called for a 1 hour call ahead and was here in exactly an hour. He gave us great advice and explained what he was doing to help us. Thanks Freddie!

The Technician: Eleodoro Morales was very professional and very polite. He explained what he was going to do and what needs to be done in the future.

Brayden came to our door one day to promote the service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were current Clark customers for 25 years so were not initially interested in changing pest companies. However after listening about Aptive we decided to give them a try. We had our first service today and Rocky was great. Walked the premises with my husband, explained everything and listened patiently to our issues. Here is hoping they continue the great service and so a better job than Clark!
