(More) This month, I am a 32 year breast cancer survivor, I owe my life to Dr. McKnight, who discovered a lump in my breast on a routine gynecological exam. I was 29 years old, a single mother of a 6 year old son, and a registered nurse. I, obviously was not doing self-breast exams routinely. At 29, one takes one's health for granted. I was in shock for a long time but, over the years, have come to realize the experience was life-changing for me. Thanks to Dr. McKnight, I have had 32 years to live life to the fullest.
