(More) Hello, I have been trying to contact the local branch here, however your automation makes it impossible just to speak with an associate. There is absolutely no format to your automation. It continues to roll you over only to give you options that do not pertain to your call. When I call to speak to a customer service representative and am rolled over to the National Call Center not once, but twice it says to me someone needs to rethink your system. Having an individual answer the phone works well. Might you consider that as an option? Thank you. (Hide)
