I reserved the Chrysler 300 for my daughter's 16th birthday. We had decided to use Arkansas Limousine Service. We... (More) I reserved the Chrysler 300 for my daughter's 16th birthday. We had decided to use Arkansas Limousine Service. We reached this decision solely based on my daughter's preference for the Chrysler 300 over any other vehicle she had seen. We emailed many times ALS, and it was not until the day of the party my wife had discovered the vehicles had been switched & ALS was going to send the Lincoln. We would not have known of the change until the limousine arrived at the house to pick up my daughter. ALS did not offer this information until my wife asked about the Chrysler 300 being on schedule.
ALS had decided to rebook the Chrysler to someone else on the same day of our party. Of course this was too late for us to rebook with another company. We were told "well I could not justify giving you the Chrysler for 2 hours when someone wanted it for 48 hours". This is not how to run a business or how to treat people. Now I have the unpleasant task of telling my 16 year old daughter. (Hide)

I used them for my wedding. A couple of months before I reserved the chrysler 300 and paid the deposit. I called the... (More) I used them for my wedding. A couple of months before I reserved the chrysler 300 and paid the deposit. I called the week before my wedding to confirm and they told me I would be getting the Lincoln instead (they weren' t going to call and tell me, I would have found out when the limo showed up). The limo was still beautiful, but beware...you may not get what you paid for! (Hide)
