I have been a loyal customer to this store for over 4 year and I am in the daily but the store management and most of the customer service is horrible they had some good management such as Kevin and Maggie but they transfered both and has been down hill since. As I stated I am in there daily and just recently they have not been having the products in stock I talked with the new dept. Manager 2 weeks ago and he said he would keep them in stock not only are they not in stock the #s are off in the computer so he never check them and never order any either and as a customer service rep was checking on it for me a rude manager came over and tried to lie to me about how the product comes into the store just to try to blow me off when she got caught she then said all we can do is say sorry for the inconvenience nothing else, not try to check if the were Ordered, not to try to order them or do anything to correct the issue as the customer service rep was trying to do she should not be management or customer service at all Ariana they need to get rid of or demote her asap in my opinion.

Most of items I shop for are always out of stock. I'm well aware that Walmart are well known for poor customer service, but on 7/28/2012, 1130pm i personally experienced it face to face. After shopping for over an hour in the store I had a Rude and Unprofessional encounter with a cashier by the name of TY. After handing TY (cashier) my credit card and ID for verification, TY returned my credit card and ID by throwing it to me across the counter. When i addressed her unprofessionalism, she laughed and said "what ever". I then requested a store manager. TY called her fellow coworker in which he pretend to be the store manager. Shortly after Mr. Mike K the store assistant manager came and rectified the situation. I will never shop at this location ever again and i will never recommend this Walmart to anyone. I've been a Faithful customer for over 10 years and have and have spent thousands of dollars with Walmart. To be honest this incident has dramatically discourage me from shoping at all Walmart ever again, You have lost a valued customer. And i will continue to write reviews on every site about this incident.

There are a lot of birds flying around inside the store. They will even fly down in front of you while you're shopping. The reason why this is so bad is that bird waste carries salmonella. The birds eat veggies and could easily contaminate the produce or bread and get people very sick. It doesn't appear that the managers are doing anything about it.

Just about every employee I have ever dealt with there has been so rude. They act annoyed when you ask where something is located. I live a few minutes away from this particular Walmart, so it is convienent, but I'm at the point where I'd rather drive on down the road to get to another store. The many times I went to this Walmart, I have only met 4 or 5 employees that were friendly.

I decide to try the pharmacy, So did my parents.First they don't get the medine order, Or call you to tell you it not in, The last two times I call, the pharmacy state I was going to call your dictor, Why she hadn't in two weeks, I don't know, I get cream in a big bottle order from my doctor, which insurance will paid only 10.00.. She gave me 3 tubes and said thats all insurance will paid, I decide to go another pharmacy and they got me the big jar for 10.00 which my insurance paid. Plus they are rude and seem to get mad if you ask them a question.

Station 17 is way too small ,no room to put any items on, maybe 4 items, When you have a lot of food there no room to place it or put it on after they sack it, The other stations have room to put items
