VERY VERY IMRESSED AND GRATEFUL for this man. Patience of a saint to fix mistakes of others. Reasonable prices and takes pride in his work. Took apart a 60 year old doorknob where it would have been easier to replace. His wife Nancy kept me informed as to his arrival time. Can't say enough about both of them!!!

We've been using Bill for over 20 years. He does rock solid work that doesn't require any call backs. He is an "old school" perfectionist which shows in his attention to detail and the finished product. If you need an entire building re-keyed, new doors or an access control system installed call him and you won't be disappointed. I have recommended him on numerous occasions with no disappointments.
