One star is a high rating based upon my experience. Customer Service is poor. Not pleased with work done Took my car in Monday for an estimate. No word received by Friday so I called. Estimate was higher than first estimate I received but location was much closer. Made down payment to order part. 2 weeks passed and no word. Called on Friday. Part was not in yet. Part came in on the followign Friday. I was informed car might be ready Wednesday. Stopped by Wednesday afternoon. Car was sitting outside with the window down and it was sprinkling. No work had begun. Came by the next Wednesday, Car had been started but mechanic working on my car was working on another car. Came by the next week. Mechanic was working on the car while visiting with another employee who was sitting in the car with a coke in his hand. I do not eat or drink in my car. Finally picked the car up the following Wednesday. It was filthy, inside and outside. Took car back as repairs not done correctly. 49 days .
