Carillon Assisted Living in Lincolnton has a ward for Alzheimer and Dementia Residents called the Garden Center. These residents used to be very inactive. As of October they hired a new Senior Activity Coordinator, Krystal George, and I have seen 180 degree improvement in not only my parent but the othe residents. Krystal George has made a significant impact on this ward and I am satisfied that my parent is being well taken care of by Krystal and her staff. She impresses me as a caring, and productive Manager who engages the residents and gets them to participate in activities. If Krystal were not there I would have moved my parent by now.
