As of 8-10-2012 per our stay on 8/7 and 8/8. We had had a lot of stress and needed a nice room with a view and amenities with pet OK..Having stayed in the past we thought it would be a good stay on a short notice..We arrived early about 2pm...We found a lot of construction in progress...Not a big deal at first but the noise was all but unbearable..Settled in to our room and I tried to get on line...this was impossible since there router was not working properly....they insisted it was not their network but my computer...I knew this was not the case..I grudgingly let it go and went back to our room...They had changed the area for our pet and it was impossible for me and our small poodle to access the closest area..we had to use an area that was off limits so to speak but were never confronted by anyone....On Saturday I was accosted by the sound of maintenance being done that could easily be done on a week day not the week-end...All in all it was a miserable stay at a place that is no longer enjoyable...The new owner is RUDE... The personnel are very courteous and understanding given the circumstances..BOTTOM LINE: I will look for other accommodations in the future
