While traveling from VA to OH, we stopped on a Mon morning in Jan to eat just off I-64 in Lexington, VA. Country Cookin' offers only a $5.99 All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast with Free coffee ($3.49 for ages 12 and under). They had a pretty good hot food selection, salad bar, including do it yourself fresh waffle making. Fresh fruit would have been better than the canned fruit. Although the eating area was pretty clean, the men's restroom was needing a cleaning and it was ice cold. Overall, a good experience and the price was right to fill the bellies of our group of four.
