I love their clothes but their customer service is a problem. I'm wondering it maybe they have gotten two big and can't handle the volume. I have been waiting for a month to receive an outfit but no response from emails I have sent.

Horrible customer service department, I like to shop small business because normally you get more personal attention , not the case here. I feel like I am having to nag them to get a response. They delete comments to keep others from knowing the issues. I ordered my girls dresses in early November for a photo shoot and now I am going to have to buy new dresses because they still have not arrived almost 5 weeks later. I don't know if/when I will get them. My daughters birthday dress did arrive almost 5 weeks after ordering. If you don't mind ordering and never knowing when you will get outfit this is your place.

My problems are the same as all other reviews, waiting on dress for a photo shoot with Santa. Dress has been on order for 7 1/2 weeks. Two e-mails to customer service with no reply. If i could give them NO stars I would.

Customer service STINKS! I received a couple of the items from my first order placed with them and everything was fine. Then received a dress from the same order later and they monogrammed it wrong. Sent them an email and attached a pic. After a couple exchanged emails they said they would email me a label to ship it back and would correct. Shipped it back and a week or 2 later I get an email that it was monogrammed correct. Which is funny because my daughters intials are ZDZ and the first and 3 letter were totally different so not sure how that could be correct. Email them some more and they finally say oh yes they see now it is wrong. By this time-a month and a half to 2 months later the summer dress I ordered is not needed. They said they could fix it and send me a new one- I said I wanted a refund. Emailed and still have not got a dress or credit. Received a Halloween outfit and it is monogrammed wrong too. Sent 4 emails and have had no response from them at all! Beyond frustrated

After coming across their business ads on fb, I decided to buy some adorable items for my daughter. My first order arrived within a week. I purchased two other orders after that. Unfortunately, one came within 5 weeks and the other has never come in!! I made three inquiries through their ridiculous "help center" email to no avail. I placed PayPal dispute and coincidentally, a service rep replied within a couple minutes claiming they'd ship the missing order the following week. I closed dispute thinking this were true and still no package!! I know have a credit card dispute requesting them to refund charges that will take an additional two months!! They don't have a customer service line and there is no one ever available. Very unprofessional.

I used to love LWD- I buy a lot of clothes for my daughter and thought the prices were reasonable. I never had a problem- at first. Unfortunately the company is experiencing some serious growing pains. I have emailed to try and cancel orders not received in time, changes to the order, orders not received in the correct size, etc. Each time, I have had difficulty resolving the issues. Customer service either doesn't respond in a timely manner or, if they do answer, doesn't answer the initial question. Once, the rep. emailed me back to clarify my question and then simply never responded again. On another order, I received the wrong size pant and specified as much in my email. The rep emailed back "That order was shipped on --- date and is shown to be received". NO JOKE! I received in the wrong size and just emailed you about it! It then took another week to receive a response when I pointed out her mistake- and this was the lady listed as the head of their customer service!

Super cute clothes but do not order on a time restraint. Noone replies to emails but when I called I got a very nice lady who quickly resolved my problem

Very cute products but this company is not truthful about expected delivery time. They state 2-4 weeks but one of my orders has taken more than 5 weeks and another order more than 10 weeks. Unacceptable business practice. Very disappointed in this company. They seem to be in over their heads. They also do not answer their phone or return emails in a timely manner. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

I am giving them one star because, yes their clothes are extremely cute. They have the worst customer service in the world though. I ordered three items back to back once coming across them on facebook. They say items ship in 2 to 4 weeks. I am still waiting and it has been 10 weeks. They do not respond to emails about orders. When you chat with them, the problem with the order is always a fabric issue. I wish I had never ordered anything from them. If you order a seasonal item such as an outfit for Christmas, you definitely will not get it for Christmas. You might receive it for Valentine's Day if you are lucky.

I personally have had issues with the customer service department. Make sure you read that "no returns" are allowed and customer service is just a department, doesn't mean anything with this place. Once you place your order, that's it! Buyer Beware!!
