Mine is the review from 12/12/14 but I need to add more. Went to pick up pants and he told me that he was pressing them. He then asked if I had been watching the UK ballgame. When I told him yes, he invited me to come in the back where he was "pressing" my pants to finish watching the game. When I get back there, he was not pressing my pants, he was still hemming them. I was flabbergasted! He then told me that he would need about 30 more minutes but that he would personally deliver them to my home at 4:15. He finally delivered at 5:00 which was not surprising at all...just glad to finally get them. To my surprise after a second chance to get it right, they were still too short!!!!!!! So not only am I out of $200, I am out of at a minimum of $400 in pants since they are TOO SHORT! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

POOR service. Never has items done on time. Don't rely on him to get your items completed by the date he promises!

I have gone to KC for a few things in the past and have had wonderful service. However, I took 11 pairs of pants to him to hem, take in waist, and be tapered. Each pair did not need all of this done but at least two of them did. He promised them to be ready in three weeks and quoted me a price of $160. I went back on the date but he asked me to come back the next day...I gave him a week. Pants still were not done. Another wk passed and I went back to get them only to be told that they had hemmed all of the pants when only 9 needed hemmed and that the price was $214. After debate, he charged me $200 which I was not happy about..said he quoted me incorrectly. After all this, the at least 6 pairs of the pant were too short, so I took them back and was told to come back in four days. I went back a week later and guess what they are still not done!!! Once I get these back, if he ever finishes them, I will never ever go back. He is a nice person but service is horrible!!!!

OUTSTANDING! Not only was the quality of work absolutely PERFECT, but KC's service was above and beyond! I was impressed enough to come here almost 3 weeks later (after returning home from vacation) to write this review! Very courteous and professional. Obviously takes pride in his work. And it shows.

My wife's military uniforms were done by KC. She called and was told they were ready a week before we went to pick them up. When we got there her jacket was not ready and we had to wait over an hour while KC rushed through making the alterations. When we got home and she tried on the pants neither of the hems were even. For the 150 dollar charge and the poor quality service and product, we will never be back.

I was referred to KC by my fellow classmate in PA school to get the white coat fitted. He did a great job, had it done within the time given and I'm very happy with his work! Very honest and has such a nice family. Definitely recommend!

I had a Hickey Freeman taken down almost 4 sizes and the suit looks perfect. KC is by far the best tailor in Lexington for men's apparel. He can make any suit or jacket look bespoke.

KC gave me a date to pick up a couple simple hem jobs. I went back to pick them up on the date he gave and he said they'd be ready the next day. This happend for the next 4 days. It was a huge waste of time to keep driving out there when the job was promised to be done over and over. And! When I got home, the hems weren't even. I will never go back there.

KC is the best by far!!! He does incredible work and turns clothing around very fast. I got 2 suits done and they looked fantastic and were done in a day each!. No one else in town can turn a suit around that quickly without charging an arm and a leg, which he didn't.
