james is awesome at cellnet Took my phone (S7) in for a screen replacement. They had it fixed in under 2 hours and working perfectly. Very tidy job, no glue on the sides, and now works perfectly. This is the third time I've dropped my phone and needed the screen replaced, and my second time getting it fixed at Cellnet. Both times I've been here I've received extremely good customer service and prompt repairs. Would definitely recommend for screen replacements

I was in the middle of doing some work and needed a quick phone repair. I went in and asked about the price for an iPhone 7. I was told it could be done for $65 and it would only be 1 hour. I told the guy at the register that I was in a rush and he said he could speed it up. Everything was done and looking great in less than 30 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed,James was very helpfull.

They sell stolen phones as new. Bought a Samsung phone and it was reported stolen by Verizon. They refused to refund.

I panicked when my cellphone bricked. James quickly confirmed that it was just the battery. He had to order it - no one stocks batteries for every type of phone - but my phone was back in two days for a reasonable price.

I had a lg stylo 4 wouldn't power on. Got new battery, charged up, No go. I was so upset. Pictures of my brother who passed recently. Also his texts to me I had saved. I was told it was too old, can't get me a on/off power switch. We were waiting about 20 minutes. Then after he told me the bad news, he turns the phone on in front of me! Imagine my surprise when he had used another tiny tab from another phone and got it wired so it works again. I was in tears when I got in car and pulled up my brothers pictures. Only charged me $10.00 I told him he was a angel today and I meant it!!! Miracles still do happen. Thank you, for the miracle...

This scumbag sells stolen phones on craigslist with phone number 859-335-2483. My phone was blacklisted as stolen from the carrier a week after I bought it from him. Either the phone is really stolen or he files false insurance claim after he sold the phone. Very sketchy. Avoid at all cost!

The owner posts numerous ads on craigslist everyday selling stolen phones with contact number 859-335-2483 and fake name James. His real name is Meraj Muhammad. He has been arrested multiple times.
