Terrible Service. They do not return calls, The Branch Manager did not return my call. I called the Branch Manager and they asked the reason for my call, which I provided and I held for 35 minutes and then they took a message, which was not returned. The customer service person in the bank promised to refund an $84.00 service charge. When we checked on the status, we were told it would take 1 - 2 weeks to get the refund on the checking account. It has been over two weeks and the refund has not been processed. I suggest Bank of America.

Very helpful, provides fast service when purchasing all my Savings Bonds, etc.
