Came in got my nails and hair done. I left feeling like a million dollars

I went there with a bridal party and the service was so terrible that we all left extremely upset. We all took our nail polish off as soon as we got home because Echo (the owner) did such a terrible job on the manicures. She overcharged us and then refused to give us a refund, even though she agreed she overcharged us. Echo showed up very late, appeared to be hungover and we suspect she was drinking while doing the manicures. I would not go back to this salon if they paid me.

I went to this salon as part of a wedding party and the service was so terrible that we ended up taking off the manicures we had done as soon as we got home. Echo herself (the owner) was about an hour late to the appointment, appeared to be hungover and was drinking the whole time she did the manicures. She also charged us for a manicure we didn't get and when we called about it, she refused to give us a refund even though she admitted she overcharged us. I would never go here again.

I am putting poor to fair right now, M'Lis body wrap is misleading and doesn't work. Please read.... I have spent the last three weeks going to Echos for M'lis body contour wraps. (they are very spendy $$) The first time I didn't know what to do or expect, but the second time I asked a million questions about the product. Echo was using the maintenance cream in a large brown label pump bottle on and wrapping me. I had NO! results both times. I was feeling like something was not right because it advertises inches lost and I had 0!.. so I started asking people around town about their experience and finally I called the M'Lis Company to find out if I could do something to help the results. They asked me about my experience at Echo and then told me Echo needed to be putting the Contour cream on me and explained the wrap procedure to me, and Echo had NOT been using contour cream (UH! No wonder why it didn't work t wasn't being done right? ) In fact, Echo and I had a conversation about what was the best cream to use the pump bottle cream (which I later found out was the after cream) or if the contour cream was best.. she said the contour cream was for sensitive skin and I didn't need sensitive.. Well on my 3 visit I talked to her about doing the wrap the way M'Lis stated.. Echo was agitated and upset, but did the wrap using the Contour cream, but insisted she did them right the fist time.. She stated she would redo the other wraps again NO charge, but with the no measurements .. just product. so I will update on how they went.. so far Echo is a good business person by honoring the mistake, but the M'lis product is a misleading and too much $$. Even after Echo used Contour cream on my 3rd visit, it didn't work. Still 0 loss.. maybe it takes more than one time.. Beware of this product and how it is being used. I will update as soon I know more.

so im wondering how the makeup services are, i seen no descriptiopns. I personally am a makeup manager for a salon here in seattle, and am often called for freelance in the area for weddings all the way from seattle. Im wondering how many, what they offer, and prices? and what credentials they have?

I went in for a color and cut in November of 2011 and I was not impresed with their service. Echo was coloring my hair and talking on her phone to her mom at the same time. She left me SEVERAL times while coloring my hair, I was not impressed. Then another lady came and finished dying my hair and gave me a hair cut.When it came to pay they harged me $40 more than they said on the phone. I will never go back, the owner is a nut job like another poster commented, her service sucks.

visited there for the first time with a friend from out of town. my friend went for a pedi and the face and peel deal and i got a hair cut and face and peel.the hair cut was good for the price as they do an La Carte where if you get 2 treatments the cut only works out to $24.95. The girl who cut my hair did a good job but was lacking in knowledge of blow-drying technique as didn t do anything with it at all, as in no product and not even styling it out. i did also get the deep condition which was suggested by the owner when walking by. This was good and did make my hair feel super soft, however i always think that they should inform you of the price before as i wasn t asked if i wanted it was just charged and applied. Mean while my friend was getting a Pedicure with french tips which she said was good as she gets these regularly. This is where it goes down hill, the Facial with Glycolic Peel charged at $69.95. First off for me the point of a facial is to be relaxed and in comfort so a radio station that fades in and out with adverts isn t what i would suggest. i was asked what kind of music i like but really just put a nice spa CD on would have been best not a cracking radio. So we start i am guessing with the Glyclic peel as i wasn t told this was what is was just that it may sting a little and left for around 20 min. This was then removed and a face pack applied and once again was told they would be back in 20mins. Now i don t get facial often but have never been left bored with a face pack on and after 30mins i did think i had been forgotten about and wish i had had my phone to play with as was so bore by now i started moving my face to crack the now very dry face pack myself. finally someone came back and peeled it off and i was then given about 3 mins more of a quick neck straitening and some cream on my face before being told your done, doesn t your skin feel great? . Well it feels alright but really im just feeling kind of ripped of out of $69.95. So i Guess the peel was good but i could have got that for $29.95 and just cant see how the rest added up to another $40. I could have bought a good face pack and been bored at home for a fraction of the price, as i got no really facial. When iv had facial before iv never been left like that. Most Spa s use this time to give you massage or skin advice or something. so i was done and and went to pay which of course was more than i expected due to the add on of the deep conditioner which had i been told the price i would have declined as was trying to keep under $100. I waited for my friend to finish and when she had she immediately asked me what i thought of the facial as she was very disappointed with it as she hadn t been spoken to once and didn t even get her neck straitened.i wish i was more of a face to face complainer as i left feeling a little robbed of $130 which really ruined the whole day for me.My friend who get spa day every so often said her whole experience had been a little unprofessional to as her facial was interrupted with noise and another member of stuff coming in and out of the room. At the end she had also inquired to what she was supposed to receive with her facial which the receptionist could not answer.So over all i would not recommend Echo s for anything but a Pedicures as the facial was not worth the money and something i could have done at home

Was new to area and drove by Echo's salon. It looked so nice I decided to stop to see what it was all about. I walk in and was greeted by front desk clerk. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a tour and answered all my questions. He booked me with Echo that next week and I could not be happier. Best color and haircut I have ever had. I would refer everyone there. You wil be happy with salon atmosphere but also Echo. This is one great salon!

WORST SALON IN THIS VALLEY! THE OWNER IS A NUT JOB HERSELF. AFTER THE SERVICES THAT WE RECEIVED THE DAY PRIOR TO MY WEDDING- WE CALLED TO CANCEL THE HAIR/MAKEUP FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY- SHE THREATENED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR 60% OF WHAT IT WOULD HAVE COST US BECAUSE SHE HAD HER SALON BOOKED OUT. SHE NEVER SAID SORRY FOR THE AWFUL SERVICES WE RECEIVED THE DAY PRIOR- HALF OF MY BRIDESMAIDS WERE BLEEDING FOR THEIR AWFUL MANIS THAT LOOKED LIKE A 8 YR OLD DID, MY MOM FEEL STEPPING OUT OF THE PEDICURE STATION BECAUSE THE STUPID GIRL DIDN'T WIPE AROUND THE DISH. AFTER BEING THREATENED- WE CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR HAIR, WHERE WE WERE GREETED BY 3 ASAIN LADIES WHO WERE DOING HAIR THAT DAY BECAUSE HER REG. WERE OUT FOR THE WEEKEND. THE WOMEN DIDN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH. I MADE THEM STOP THE HAIRSTYLES HALF WAY THROUGH BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WE WANTED. OVERALL- I HAVE BAD MEMORIES FROM MY WEDDING DAY BECAUSE OF THIS CRAZY SALON AND SALON OWNER! WOULD NEVER GO BACK

Echo, did a full set of Gel Nails for me. I'm hard on my nails and don't come in on a regular basis..WOW...what a great job, none have broken and they still look great over a month and a half later.... VERY WELL DONE!

I just moved to Lewiston and went to a salon and they messed my hair up in a very bad way. I needed it fixed so I was sent to Echo. She did not only fix my hair color she was amazing at fixing my extensions. I Love Love Love it. I would send anyone that wants good hair but the best hair extensions I have ever had.

I went Echos becouse I drive by there every day to work and been wanting to see what it would be like on the inside becouse outside of salon is amazing to look at. Inside even better. Salon is very clean and staff was happy and fun. I booked for massage and it was perfect. Eddie Thank you. I then had peicure by kenzie that was even better she did a great job.I booked for app with Echo for my Eyelashes and love them. She took very good care of me. She sold me after care kit for eyelashes love love love it. I have had them on now for 4 weeks and they are perfect. Go to Echos for good services.

I went to Echo to have my hair cut after using another salon for almost 10 years. She has been doing an amazing job for the last 2 years. I am really happy with my hair cuts, and I have started to use her Ultra Bronze tanning bed. It is also amazing. I would recommend this salon for anyone who wants a truely professional experience. WOW!What a experience.I had heard how good Echo was at per.makeup.I had my eyes done it was amazing.She was so carring and really took her time with me.I was so pleased that I made another app. with her.
