Attorney Robert A. Antonioni has concentrated his practice in the field of civil litigation, with a special emphasis on divorce and family law, guardianship law, personal injury and Workers' Compensation. Bob appears in the Probate and Family Court on a regular basis, and is known to attorneys and judges in that court as an experienced litigator. He has counseled hundreds of clients with difficult and emotional issues relating to divorce, custody and visitation, child support, alimony, paternity, modifications and contempts. Bob also represents area health care institutions in guardianship proceedings, and frequently advises private clients in the field of guardianship and conservatorship law. He has prepared a written guide for clients and health care institutions to help families sort through the confusing and difficult process of caring for an elder who is no longer readily able to care for himself or herself. Bob also frequently represents clients in area courts who have suffered difficult injuries from an automobile accident, pedestrian or slip and fall accident, and work-related injuries before the Industrial Accident Board (Workers' Compensation). He is presently the Senate chairman of the Legislature's Education, Arts and Humanities Committee. Bob is familiar not only with the application of the law, but also with the complex problems which gave rise to the need for legislation to provide clients and their families with recourse to the courts. Attorney Attilio R. Antonioni has concentrated his practice for the past 25 years in the fields of real estate, conveyancing, and wills and estates. The firm of Antonioni and Antonioni has closed well over two hundred million dollars in mortgage transactions in the last 10 years, including both residential and commercial property. The firm's services in that regard cover the entire lending transaction, including preparation of closing documentation, as well as, title examination, final certification of title, and title insurance. The firm has represented most every area lending institution in the Fitchburg and Leominster area and has assisted thousands of area residents in their closing and mortgage needs. The firm has researched over 15,000 titles to area properties, enabling the attorneys to give new clients prompt service when services relating to a new purchase or refinance are needed. Attilio and his son Robert also offer their clients a full range of estate planning tools, including wills and trusts, living wills and health care proxies.
