Madeleine worked for 11 years at the famous ", Sans Souci", restaurant in Washington before she created the Vienna landmark ", Pierre et Madeleine.", For 17 years they have delighted customers with their fare and they were regularly praised in publications like the Washington Post. Many famous people have spent an evening savoring their creations.
For some time, the Sosnitskys have had a crush on Leesburg. The town reminded them of the south of France. They felt that Leesburg was a friendly town that was brimming with charm and history. In early 1998, they were drawn to buy their current location and open the Eiffel Tower Cafe.
Eiffel Tower Cafe changes its menu every season and there are always different specials available. Masterpieces are made out of prime products such as lobster, beef, poultry, fish and of course escargots.
