after some terrible customer service (being a loyal customer for my whole life) I finally cut the cord. Hulu and Netflix for me! They pull you in with low price packages then jack up the price a year later.

Horrible service! We moved 6 miles, called Comcast well in advance to make sure out service would be transferred, which I assumed would include email addresses that we've had for 10 + years. NOT THE CASE! Our email accounts were deleted, no access to them, emails, pics and important information, for for banking, credit and jobs..GONE. After HOURS on the phone, many promises and apologies, months later still no resolution. To top it off, I got a bill for 900+ dollars. Why? The service tech refused to take our old equipment, which generated a bill for these outdated items. Comcast should hire me for take care of their customer service issues. I guarantee they wouldn't have these issue!!

horrific customer service. no local phone number to call directly to the Comcast center. you have to call a 1-800 number where that person is not even in PA and they know NOTHING. Ridiculous. What do I pay these huge fees to Comcast for? Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Way too expensive.You give special rates to new subscribers,but don't give the people who have been loyal costumer's a discount !!!!!!!!!!!
