Tamra Sims is AWESOME! I see her when I am in need of a Hot stone, Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. She relieves the tight knots in my muscles and provides a very relaxing environment. The moment I lie down on the massage table, I feel better. Sometimes I talk and other times I am quiet, depending on the mood I am in. Tamra is very thorough on what she does and in asking if there is any area in particular bothering you so she can concentrate on that area for you. She is able to use deep pressure on the areas that I need it, and lighter pressure on other areas. When she is working the knots out, it “hurts ….but it is the good type of hurt. In my opinion, you won't regret going to Tamra for a Hot stone, Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. I have recommended her to my co-workers and will recommend her to others. The oasis Day Spa is wonderful. Everyone is very nice and professional. I see Terry once a month for deep tissue massages, Along with weekly migraine massages. Since seeing Terry for massages I have had fewer doctor visits. I have also tried the full body wrap and lot 11 1/4 inches. I was awesome. I was able to buy new jeans. Terry provides great service with a smile.
